We are pleased to announce that Chenyang Sunny Richard is appointed as the director of Legal Affairs according to the bylaw. The appointment was passed unanimously by all 5 board members. We appreciate Sunny to accept this invitation to be one of our directors. She will lead the bylaws subcommittee which is formed to amend the current bylaws to reflect SDAAFE’s status.
